Dr. Michael Stelzer is an attorney-at-law in Austria. He focuses on corporate and commercial law, M&A, real estate law, distribution law, antitrust and competition law and family law.

Dr. Stelzer has many years of experience as a member of M&A / corporate teams at several well-known international law firms. He also gained valuable experience as an in-house lawyer at a major Austrian energy company in the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies.

In addition to his doctorate in financial law at the University of Vienna, Dr. Stelzer also holds a degree in International Economics from the University of Innsbruck and the London School of Economics. His business understanding perfectly complements the legal counselling for our clients.

Dr. Stelzer Páleníková specializes in public procurement law, international family law and criminal law. Mrs. Dr. Stelzer Páleníková regularly advises on cases related to both Slovakia and Austria.

She regularly gives lectures at the Slovak-Austrian Chamber of Commerce and publishes publications on public procurement law.

She is also a certified interpreter for the Slovak language (in Austria).
